Agency concessions for next year will be launched on 01 February 2010. All concessions must be made via our trade website: www.keycamp4agents.co.uk. If you have not yet registered with us for online bookings, you can obtain a password by e-mailing the agency sales department: agent.password@keycamp.com
You can take your family and friends away in low season and get 40% discount off the base price of your holiday. However, if you can only go away in school holidays, then we can offer you 30% off the base price of your Keycamp holiday. (For applicable dates and parcs please see table below)

How to book
You can book your agency concession online at www.keycamp4agents.com from 01 February 2010.
To book online:
- 1. To be able to book your concession online you will need a password. You can obtain a password by e-mailing the agency sales department: agent.password@keycamp.com
- 2. Go to www.keycamp4agents.co.uk and enter your ABTA number and password on the hompage
- 3. Go through the booking process by selecting your parc, accommodation, preferred travel options, date of travel and party details.
- 4. When you reach the "Party Details" page enter: 10-AGTS into the promotional code box
- 5. Continue with your booking. Confirm as a normal travel agent booking and pay the deposit / outstanding balance to your agency.

Travel
You can now book your travel with us. All ferry crossings, motorail, TGV and flights can be added to your concession at brochure price.
Terms & Conditions
Only one concession per branch, per year will be allowed. All concessions are available to UK travel agents who are employed as a leisure travel agent at the time of booking and at the the time of departure. Our concessions are only available to 'retail' employees. Travel agent members who do not work in a 'selling' capacity will not be applicable for a concession. Unfortunately we cannot offer a concession to business travel agents. Our concessions are only applicable on durations between 3 and 21 nights. Concessions are subject to availability at the time of booking. If one or more of your holiday dates fall within the high season date bands then your holiday will automatically be priced as a high season holiday. Any amendment to your concession is subject to our acceptance. All amendments will be subject to a £25 amendment fee (or a £40 fee if you amend within 8 weeks before your holiday start date or during your holiday). There are also additional charges for specific amendments made at any time of the year (please see brochure page 178 for more details). If you cancel your concession you will have to notify us in writing signed by the lead passenger of the party. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written instruction. The cancellation charges are as follows: Keycamp Holiays reserve the right to refuse an agents concession. Full balance is due 12 weeks prior to departure.

Keycamp Holidays reserve the right to decline or ask you to move your concession dates slightly in order to adhere to our efficient selling procedure. Keycamp Holidays reserve the right to immediately cancel, without warning, any concession that has been booked fraudulently or where the travel agent has failed to travel with the party.
